PAO Valve Test Stand D39286

This test stand is specifically designed and purpose built for the testing of new or overhauled PAO Valves. Model 39286 is equipped with a pump capable of supplying 45 GPM at 110 PSI of MIL-PRF-87252 to the unit under test (UUT). An air operated intensifier pump is provided to carry out proof pressure and static testing up to 300 PSIG.

Model 39286 incorporates a computer based data acquisition system using National Instruments hardware. Instrumentation signals including pressure, fluid flow, RVDT feedback, and fluid temperature are fed into the data acquisition hardware. A custom software program that is developed in LabVIEW^® reads, displays, and plots the necessary parameters to complete the test procedures.
