Oil Cooler Test Stand D39223

This test stand is designed for the purpose of testing new and overhauled hydraulic components including, but not limited to IDG Oil Coolers, Servo Fuel Heaters, and Fuel/Oil Heat Exchangers. A gear pump is used in this test stand to supply MIL-23699 oil to the unit under test (UUT) at pressures up to 350 PSI and flows up to 50 GPM. The test stand can control oil temperature up to 220 degrees Fahrenheit. A separate static pressure circuit is supplied with the test stand for proof pressure checks up to 3000 PSI using an intensifier pump.

The test stand contains a pneumatic circuit with a gas booster capable of providing 550 PSI air pressure for pneumatic proof pressure checks. The gas booster is controlled via a panel mounted air regulator.

Model 39223 utilizes pressure transducers with digital readouts for clear and accurate pressure measurement. Oil flow is measured using two turbine flowmeters connected to an LMM flow computer.
