Hydraulic Test Stand D39183

The test stand is designed for carrying out test procedures new and overhauled lube oil (MIL-PRF-23699) components. The test stand consists of two main units: the test console and pump skid. A polycarbonate enclosure protects the operator during testing. A separate intensifier circuit is capable of supplying 10,000 PSI static pressure for proof pressure testing.

Model 39183 is equipped with a dual element pump close coupled to a 15HP electric motor. This pump is capable of supplying 30 GPM at 500 PSI to the unit under test (UUT) or 15 GPM at 1000 PSI to the UUT. The test sink area consists of a port bar that houses the pressure transducers, providing a modular pressure reading system in the test stand. The fluid reservoir contains an 18kW heater that is connected to a temperature controller, this gives the operator the ability to heat the fluid to the desired test temperature.
