Damper Flushing and Proof Test Stand D38911-2

This test stand is designed for carrying out test and maintenance procedures on new or overhauled aircraft dampers. The test stand is of stainless steel construction and contains a poly-carbonate safety enclosure around the test sink area.

Model 38911-2 contains a piston pump close coupled to a 5HP electric motor. The pump is capable of supplying 2 GPM at 5000 PSI to the unit under test UUT. The test stand is equipped with three pressure transducers with panel mounted digital readouts. These transducers read System Pressure, Extend Pressure, and Retract Pressure.
