CSD Component Test Stand D39330
This test stand is designed for the purpose of testing new or overhauled Constant Speed Drive (CSD) Components including the Charge Pump, Scavenge Pump, and Governor. Model 39330 is equipped with a 10 HP Drive motor with a gearbox operating at a 1.88:1 ratio, allowing the operator to run units under test (UUTs) up to 6,000 RPM. The test stand is capable of supplying the UUTs with MIL-PRF-23699 Turbine Oil at 230 degrees Fahrenheit up to 400 PSIG. The operator control panel features manual supply valves, pressure regulators, temperature control, and speed control to set the necessary parameters for the various test procedures.
Model 39330 incorporates a computer based data acquisition system using National Instruments hardware. Instrumentation signals including pressure, speed, fluid flow, and fluid temperature are fed into the data acquisition hardware. A custom software program that is developed in LabVIEW®reads, displays, and reports necessary parameters to complete the test procedures.
